The Dallas Cowboys’ pass rush leaves much to be desired outside of Micah Parsons. The front seven struggles to consistently disrupt opposing quarterbacks. Because of this, Jerry Jones, the team’s owner and GM, might consider giving veteran edge rusher a shot. While top star is no longer in his prime at 35 years old, he still offers value as a pass rusher. In 2024, he recorded six sacks across 13 games while playing just 40% of defensive snaps. Pairing him with Parsons could create a formidable duo capable of getting after the quarterback.
He was recently released by the Buffalo Bills after signing a six-year, $120 million deal, saving Buffalo around $8.4 million in cap space needed for Josh Allen’s contract. Though he won’t command a massive salary now, Miller – a native of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and former Texas A&M star – might be motivated to join the Cowboys on a team-friendly deal for a chance to finish his career at home.

With 129.5 career sacks (most among active players), eight Pro Bowls, three All-Pro selections, two Super Bowl rings, and a Super Bowl MVP, Miller brings experience and leadership. Seeing him line up next to Parsons could create serious disruption for opposing offenses.
