BREAKING NEWS: Bills Blockbuster Trade Signs Four-Time Pro Bowl WR And Its a Familiar Face

The Buffalo Bills wrapped up a strong 13-4 season, but it ended in disappointment with a 32-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game. One key area for improvement heading into 2025 is the wide receiver corps. Khalil Shakir led the group in production, finishing with 76 catches for 821 yards and four touchdowns on 100 targets.

Looking to bolster the position, Jarrett Bailey of USA TODAY’s Touchdown Wire predicts the Bills could reunite with a familiar face — . Bailey suggests Buffalo may sign top star to pair him once again with Josh Allen. “He turns 32 this year and is running out of time to win a Super Bowl,” Bailey wrote. “He can still produce — he was on pace for his fifth consecutive 100-catch season before tearing his ACL — and both Allen and veteran have publicly expressed their mutual respect.”

Before suffering a season-ending ACL injury, Stefon Diggs was performing well for the Houston Texans, starting eight games and recording 47 catches for 496 yards and three touchdowns on 64 targets. During his previous stint with Josh Allen from 2020 to 2023, the duo formed one of the league’s most dangerous partnerships. Diggs earned four consecutive Pro Bowl selections, a First-Team All-Pro nod, and totaled 445 receptions for 5,372 yards and 37 touchdowns over that span.

If the Bills decide to reunite Allen and Diggs, it might not break the bank. According to Spotrac, Diggs’ projected market value is around $13.7 million per year.
