Blockbuster: Bills Locks In Another Groundbreaking Deal For an Out-standing Star

The Buffalo Bills signed offensive lineman to a one-year deal. The 26-year-old lineman stands at 6’3” and weighs 310 pounds. A former Illinois standout, he entered the NFL as a third-round pick (87th overall) by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

As a rookie, he started 15 games at center for Pittsburgh, recording his only career counting stat—a tackle. Following the 2021 season, the Steelers traded him to Houston, where he started four games at guard across 21 appearances.

The short-term contract gives both sides a chance to evaluate the fit during the offseason and beyond. General manager Brandon Beane remains focused on strengthening the offensive line, including depth pieces. Green’s ability to play multiple interior positions aligns with Buffalo’s emphasis on versatility along the O-line.
