News Flash: Bills QB Allen Drops Bombshell Regarding Lamar Jackson after Playoff Win

The Buffalo Bills silenced doubters and critics by defeating Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens 27-25 at Highmark Stadium to secure a spot in the AFC Championship game. Entering the matchup as underdogs, the Bills were widely perceived as lacking the physicality needed to handle Jackson, Derrick Henry, and the Ravens’ dominant run game. However, Buffalo proved otherwise, limiting Baltimore to 176 rushing yards—their lowest in four weeks.

“It’s a mix of everything,” Josh Allen said about the team’s post-game mood. “We’re proud and excited. We tune out the outside noise, but everyone was doubting us—saying we didn’t have enough talent or didn’t belong here. Our team stayed focused, worked hard, and played for each other. I think that showed today.”

The victory sets up a rematch against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC title game. The Bills last reached this stage in 2020, where the Chiefs eliminated them with a 38-24 win. Allen, who is 0-3 against Mahomes in the postseason, will have extra motivation to reverse that trend and deny Kansas City’s bid for a three-peat.

Coming into the game, many dismissed the Bills’ chances, but now, with Sean McDermott’s squad advancing, those critics have been effectively silenced.
