BREAKING: Ravens OC Todd Monken Sends Strong Warning About Lamar Jackson

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson delivered another outstanding NFL season, finishing just behind Josh Allen in the 2024 MVP race. The 28-year-old dual-threat star set new records, completing 66.7% of his passes for 4,172 yards, 41 touchdowns, and only four interceptions. On the ground, he contributed 915 rushing yards and four more scores. A two-time MVP, Jackson earned his third First-Team All-Pro nod after 17 games in 2024. While his performance was already elite, Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken believes Jackson has even more room to grow. “The year he had was incredible, but I think he’s just scratching the surface of his potential,” Monken said. “It may not always show up in the stats, but I know there’s still more to come.”

“Lamar is an incredibly humble superstar,” Monken said. “That doesn’t mean he isn’t competitive or driven to be great. His main focus is winning. But he also understands that when he performs at a high level, a great quarterback significantly increases the team’s chances of success.”

Despite Jackson’s outstanding individual performance, the Ravens fell short of their ultimate postseason goal, losing to the Buffalo Bills in the divisional round. In the 27-25 defeat, Jackson completed 18 of 25 passes for 254 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. He is now entering the third year of the five-year, $260 million contract he signed with Baltimore before the 2023 season.
