BREAKING: Bills Make ‘Big’ Coaching Move After Disappointing Season, This Is Definitely Not A Goodbye

The Buffalo Bills remain one of the NFL’s top teams but have yet to break through to the Super Bowl. Led by MVP quarterback Josh Allen and head coach Sean McDermott, Buffalo secured the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoffs with a 13-4 record. However, their season ended in the AFC Championship Game with a 32-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, who went on to be Super Bowl runner-ups.

Following that defeat, the Bills made a key coaching move. According to NFL insider Adam Schefter, Buffalo has hired former Carolina Panthers interim head coach Chris Tabor as their new special teams coordinator.

Tabor, who was out of the NFL in 2024, previously served as Carolina’s interim head coach in 2023 after being their special teams coordinator from 2022-2023. His NFL coaching experience also includes stints with the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns, dating back to 2008.

Despite consistently being a contender, Buffalo has struggled to get past the Chiefs in the playoffs. Since Patrick Mahomes became Kansas City’s starting quarterback, the Bills are 0-4 against them in the postseason, with their latest loss keeping them just short of a Super Bowl appearance once again.
