Huskies hot push for a highly sought-after 2026 four-star wide receiver from Southlake Carroll High School in Texas, announced that he has received an offer from the University of Washington football program. A stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 175 pounds, has been committed to Texas Christian University (TCU) since July 29, 2024. He initially received an offer from the Horned Frogs after his standout freshman season.
This marks his first publicly announced scholarship offer since committing to TCU over five months ago. The offer from Washington came courtesy of Huskies wide receivers coach Kevin Cummings, signaling the program’s continued interest in bolstering its receiving corps with top-tier talent.
Brock Boyd, a four-star wide receiver per the 247Sports Composite rankings, delivered an impressive junior season for Southlake Carroll, amassing 111 receptions for 1,868 yards and 19 touchdowns across 16 games. His performance was instrumental in leading the Dragons to the 6A Division II state championship game, where they fell 24-17 despite Boyd’s standout effort of 178 receiving yards and a touchdown.

As a sophomore in 2023, Boyd made an immediate impact in his first full varsity season, recording 58 catches for 825 yards and seven touchdowns over 14 games, ranking second on the team behind senior Clayton Wayland, who went on to sign with Stephen F. Austin. Boyd’s promising freshman campaign included 13 catches for 204 yards and three touchdowns.
For the 2026 recruiting cycle, the University of Washington has offered at least 30 wide receiver prospects, including eight four-star recruits, according to 247Sports’ database. Boyd’s addition to this list underscores his growing national attention.
