The Buffalo Bills need more dynamic playmakers at wide receiver. Josh Allen deserves as much support as possible, yet the front office has yet to make significant upgrades to his arsenal this offseason. While they did sign Joshua Palmer in free agency, he is expected to replace Mack Hollins, who played a key role in Buffalo’s 2024 offense before signing with AFC East rival New England.
To elevate the offense, the Bills still have work to do. With that in mind, they have been linked to another intriguing wide receiver—one who brings elite speed and the potential to be a deep-threat weapon for Allen. According to ESPN NFL insider Jeremy Fowler, Buffalo is among several teams set to meet with Texas Longhorns wide receiver Isaiah Bond in the coming days.
Bond has scheduled visits with the Browns, Packers, Chiefs, Bills, and Titans next week, per Fowler. The Georgia native will also attend a local pro day with the Falcons.

Adding Bond to Buffalo’s offense could be an exciting move. At the NFL Combine, he ran a 4.39-second 40-yard dash—an excellent time, even if he had hoped to be faster. His production at Texas in 2024 fell short of expectations, with 34 receptions for 540 yards and five touchdowns, but his playmaking ability is undeniable. Bond has the speed to stretch defenses vertically and can also be dangerous after the catch.
Bringing him in would give Allen another versatile weapon, allowing the Bills to use him in multiple ways. Bleacher Report has compared Bond to a player with “shades of Jaylen Waddle” and projects him as a third-round draft pick.
