Craig Smith’s roster is getting closer to completion with the newest commitment.
ESPN’s Jonathan Givony tweeted Monday morning that Mike Sharavjamts, a former San Francisco wing, had committed to the Utah Utes.
He is the program’s sixth transfer addition this offseason.
Sharavjamts, a 6-foot-8 Mongolian native, will have two years of eligibility remaining.
247 Sports rates him as a four-star transfer prospect, with a player ranking of 0.9100.
Utah will be Sharavjamts’ third team in as many seasons; he spent one season with Dayton before starting 34 games for San Francisco last year.
He averaged 25.0 minutes, 7.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 0.9 steals a game with the Dons, shooting 42.4% from the field and 36% from three.

Sharavjamts will be another outside scoring option for Utah, having made 41 3-pointers last season, and his stature allows him to play at either the 2 or 3 positions.
Sharavjamts is the second transfer to pledge to Utah in the last week, following former East Carolina power forward Ezra Ausar.

Other transfers to Utah include guards Mason Madsen and Miro Little, as well as post men Keanu Dawes and Zach Keller.
The Utes still have three unfilled positions for the 2024-25 season, their first in the Big 12 Conference.
With the addition of Sharavjamts, Utah’s biggest needs now include adding depth at point guard and center.
