The Detroit Lions experienced a change in pace during the 2023 season.
After years of trying to make the playoffs and gain traction in the NFC North, the Lions finally appeared to have figured things out.
Dan Campbell has played a significant role in the team’s cultural transformation, and many consider him to be one of the league’s top coaches due to his impact.
By reaching the NFC Championship, the Lions demonstrated that they are ready to play and are no longer the conference’s bottom feeders.
While the Lions won the division last year, they cannot rest on their laurels, as Bucky Brooks stated on a recent episode of NFL Total Access.
According to Brooks, “This is the year that the Green Bay Packers go and take their crown back because Jordan Love is even more comfortable in Year 2.”
Biggest threat to the @Lions repeating as NFC North champs? 🤔

The Packers lost to the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round of the playoffs last year, but they made significant progress during Love’s first year as starter.
There was some speculation that he wouldn’t be able to establish traction in Year 1, but he proved them incorrect.
Love has demonstrated that he is here to stay, which might be a harbinger of problems for the Lions going ahead.
The Packers are a traditionally winning organization, and they appear to have a culture that prioritizes winning.
The NFC North might come down to these three teams at the end of the season, making for an interesting divisional competition.
