Kaden Davis, who was on Arizona’s practice squad last year and appeared in one game, will join the NFC North, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo. The Lions invited Davis to rookie camp.

Last preseason, Davis had eight catches and one touchdown.

The Cardinals terminated Davis on April 30 after he signed a futures contract with the team after the 2023 season.

Davis, a 6-foot-1, 190-pounder from Division II Northwest Missouri State, signed with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent in 2022. He served on Denver’s practice squad before being released on January 11, 2023.

Last year, the 25-year-old joined the Michigan Panthers in the United States Football League, where he had 83 receiving yards, 333 return yards, two touchdowns, and 416 total yards in five games.
