Earlier today, Bruno Guimaraes’ agent shared images of him in Paris on social media, leaving some Newcastle United fans concerned after prior links to PSG.
Alexis Malavolta, the player’s representative, was also in Paris earlier this month to watch PSG face Rennes in Ligue 1, but he denied that he returned to explore a potential transfer for his client.
Addressing these accusations on Friday morning, he emphasized that Bruno is’very happy in Newcastle’ and that his travel to Paris is for ‘private and family reasons’ rather than professional, imploring supporters not to’make up things.’
Malavolta wrote to Newcastle fans on Twitter/X: ‘Good morning. I’d like to emphasize out that I’m in Paris for personal and family reasons, not work. Please respect and do not make up stories. Bruno is really satisfied in Newcastle. THANKS!’
Bruno’s agent issued a soothing message on social media, assuaging any anxieties and reminding everyone that the Brazilian is enjoying life on Tyneside.
