Khaman Maluach has not officially announced the finalists. But the NBA Academy Africa big man essentially did on Sunday by sharing a sand-timer emoji and a question mark above four photos: one from his Duke basketball photo shoot and the others from his formal visits to fellow blueblood suitors Kansas, Kentucky, and UCLA, respectively.
In addition to recent travels to Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, and UCLA, Maluach has visited G League Ignite. Last week, recruiting source Adam Zagoria revealed that the 7-foot-1, 250-pound five-star, a predicted one-and-done lottery pick from South Sudan, is expected to make a decision in March.
His Sunday post on social media appears to line with that report:

Despite this, the versatile giant — the Blue Devils’ only remaining target in the 2024 class — has not announced a decision date. It wouldn’t be surprising if he made his statement this week.
If Duke basketball coach Jon Scheyer and his team can bring in Khaman Maluach, they will likely have their second top-ranked haul in the last three cycles. They remain the frontrunners according to the 247Sports Crystal Ball.
To date, the five 2024 Blue Devil winners are Paul VI Catholic (Va.) five-star center Patrick Ngongba II, Montverde Academy (Fla.) five-star forward Cooper Flagg, North Meck (N.C.) five-star forward, Wisconsin Lutheran five-star forward Kon Knueppel, and Ngongba’s Paul VI teammate, four-star forward Darren Harris.
