AC Milan, the Serie A powerhouse, is on the lookout for a striker in the upcoming summer transfer window, with RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko on their radar.
With Olivier Giroud aging and Luka Jovic’s contract set to expire in the summer, it’s clear that Milan will need to bolster their attacking options by signing at least one striker.
According to Luca Bianchin, Milan is interested in two names: Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna and Sesko. Zirkzee is currently the frontrunner due to his experience in Serie A and his impressive performances at Bologna, but Sesko is also considered a viable option.
However, Milan’s financial situation poses a challenge as both players are expected to command fees exceeding €40 million. Nevertheless, Milan is determined to make significant moves in this area and is prepared to invest heavily.
Additionally, Milan is also looking to strengthen their center-back position and has identified several options to address this need.
