Paul Merson makes bold Nottingham Forest score prediction for Crystal Palace PL clash

Paul Merson has revealed his prediction ahead of Nottingham Forest’s trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Steve Cooper’s club will be hoping to get back on track, but they will have to do so without several key first-team players.

Felipe, Danilo, and Nuno Tavares all appear to be out with injuries, while Moussa Niakhate will miss the trip after receiving a red card against Brentford last weekend.

Ryan Yates and Nicolas Dominguez are questionable and will be evaluated until Saturday night.

Palace and Forest will play a good game, according to Paul Merson.

The Sky Sports commentator anticipated a close encounter with Forest just edging Palace out on Sportskeeda.
“Crystal Palace may be in for a surprise here.” They’re a really excellent compact unit, but with Eze and Olise out, I don’t think they have what it takes to hurt Premier League opponents.

“This is going to be an exciting game.” Nottingham Forest may benefit from one of these games, in my opinion.

“You don’t know what you’re going to get with Palace at the moment, and Forest might be able to pick up a win here.”

Prediction: Crystal Palace 0-1 Nottingham Forest

Can Forest secure a second away victory?

The Reds equaled their away victory count from last season after beating Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier in the season.

With the hosts losing Wilfred Zaha this summer and current key men Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze out injured, Forest has a wonderful chance to pick up a critical three points on Saturday.
