The Huskies’ class still consists of 26 commits, including two specialists—a punter and a long snapper. According to 247Sports, the class is currently ranked 19th in the country, with room to add more quality players.
This week, one of the biggest remaining targets, 4-star wide receiver Andrew Marsh from Katy Jordan High School in Texas, will be making his commitment, and the Huskies are in the mix. Marsh visited UW officially in May and returned for an unofficial visit a couple of weeks ago. Michigan appears to be the main competition for the 6’1”, 175-pound wideout. 247Sports ranks Marsh as the 66th best player and 10th best wide receiver in the country. The Huskies already have commitments from four wide receivers in the 2025 class, but landing Marsh would be the perfect final touch for the group if they can out-recruit the Wolverines.
Another possible commitment in the next few weeks is from 4-star safety Ladarian Clardy from Escambia High School in Florida. Clardy, ranked as the 15th best safety in the country, recently postponed his commitment and is strongly considering UW, Ole Miss, FSU, and UCF. While the Huskies were trending for him, it seems the momentum might now be with Ole Miss. Adding an elite safety like Clardy would be a great boost for the class if the Huskies can secure his commitment. Here’s a clip of Clardy from yesterday.
