Four injured LSU players are on track to suit up Saturday for the a road clash with Texas A&M.
LSU’s latest availability report lists receiver CJ Daniels (knee), linebacker Greg Penn, running back Caden Durham (foot), and lineman Miles Frazier as likely to face the No. 14 Aggies (6:30 p.m., ABC).
Daniels injured his knee in LSU’s Sept. 28 game against South Alabama but returned in time to play in the team’s victory over Arkansas. In that game, he had his greatest performance as a Tiger, catching seven receptions for 86 yards on ten targets.
Durham is still recovering from the foot injury he received against South Alabama, according to coach Brian Kelly on Monday.
However, the freshman tailback has not missed any time, and LSU gave him a season-high 21 carries against Arkansas, allowing him to carry for 101 yards and three touchdowns.
LSU’s availability report also excluded safety Jordan Allen and labeled receiver Chris Hilton (stress fracture) as questionable.
Chase Bisontis, Texas A&M’s starting guard, is listed as out. He sustained a lower leg injury in the second quarter of the Aggies’ victory over Mississippi State.
Trey Holly, the suspended LSU running back, appeared on the availability report for the first time this season, but an LSU spokeswoman confirmed Wednesday that he has yet to rejoin the team.
