The Virginia football team will face North Carolina at Scott Stadium on Saturday, renewing the South’s oldest rivalry. Here is a glance at the depth chart for the game. The Cavaliers released their depth chart prior of the contest, with no significant alterations.
The only two changes from last week are Noah Vaughn’s addition to the depth chart and a ‘OR’ between James Jackson and Dorian Jones – Trey McDonald started alongside Kam Robinson against Clemson after Jackson suffered an injury the week before.
“I think it’s going to be week by week,” Virginia head coach Tony Elliott stated following the loss to Clemson. “He attempted to practice a little bit this week, but he’s still in a little bit of pain, so maybe these final couple of days off and tomorrow off will get him back going next week, and he’ll be ready to go. So, we don’t expect it to be long-term.”
Several injured players remain on the depth chart, including defensive backs Antonio Clary and Dre Walker and receiver Trell Harris.
