South Carolina football recruiting target, has announced he will miss the rest of his senior high school season due to an ACL injury. The 3-star wide receiver from Greenville, who attends Christ Church Episcopal School, received a scholarship offer from the Gamecocks in late July after an outstanding performance at a USC camp.
At the camp, Repp impressed by running the 40-yard dash in under 4.30 seconds, which led to his Gamecocks offer and a 3-star ranking from On3. Despite Christ Church moving up a classification this year, Repp had an impressive start to the 2024 season before his injury.
Though sidelined, Repp attended South Carolina’s College GameDay matchup against LSU recently. His offer from the Gamecocks remains his most significant public scholarship to date.
Mike Furrey, South Carolina’s wide receivers coach, already has commitments from three 2025 receivers: 4-star Lex Cyrus (Pennsylvania), 4-star Brian Rowe (North Carolina), and 4-star Jayden Sellers (South Carolina). Repp and 4-star Malik Clark, who is committed to Florida State, are the key remaining wide receiver prospects for South Carolina.
In his injury announcement, Repp emphasized his focus on recovery with a long-term view on his future in football. While he hasn’t set a public commitment timeline, his coaches and teammates expect him to return even stronger.
