Breaking: Bruins Star Lands Deal with Another Team Following Uncertainty on His Future

JVR has struggled to find a new home in the NHL after scoring 38 points in 71 games with Boston. Despite his propensity to be effective, clubs have been unwilling to sign him. That looks to have formally altered.
Multiple sites report that JVR has signed a PTO with the Seattle Kraken. This is a low-risk move for Seattle, who will only keep JVR if he performs well in training camp.

Van Riemsdyk is most known for his stints with the Philadelphia Flyers and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Throughout his career, he has 311 goals and 318 assists. He is a well-liked individual, and we believe he would provide depth and leadership to the Kraken locker room. Only time will tell if that move works out for him.
