Stephen Curry has won four NBA championship rings, two scoring crowns, two regular season MVP awards, and an NBA Finals MVP award.
However, he is now an Olympic gold champion after competing for Team USA at the 2024 Paris Games.
In fact, Curry changed his social media bio from “Guard for the Warriors” to “Olympic Gold Medalist,” according to NBA Central.
It’s hard to imagine Curry had never played for Team USA in the Olympics, and while he had won two gold medals in FIBA events, winning an Olympic gold medal drove him.

Curry was his vintage self at moments in Paris, and his best performance of the tournament came in the semifinals, when the United States trailed Serbia by double digits.
In that game, he hit 12-of-19 from the field and 9-of-14 from three-point range, scoring 36 points in 33 minutes to help Team USA rally to a 95-91 victory.
Then, in the gold medal game against France, Curry scored 24 points and went 8-of-13 from downtown, including four triples in the closing 2:48 to secure a 98-87 victory.
Though his Golden State Warriors appear to be weakened after his “Splash Brothers” partner Klay Thompson left as a free agent this winter, Curry will try to keep them competitive this season.
The Warriors missed the playoffs last season, but they hope to return and keep their dignity, despite the fact that their dynasty appears to be fading fast.
