BREAKING NEWS: Top Experienced QB Lands With Cowboys

When NFL players retire, they may struggle to figure out what to do with their life.

For some athletes, training has been a significant part of their lives for many years, and when they no longer have that mindset, it can be difficult for them to find purpose.
Some athletes return to the sidelines and become coaches, while others enter the broadcasting booth, and many abandon the sport entirely to pursue a new enterprise.

Steve Beuerlein, a former Carolina Panthers quarterback, appears to have settled into broadcasting and color commentary.

As announced in a recent press release from Compass Media Networks, Beuerlein has been named the newest color analyst for the Dallas Cowboys.

Beuerlein, who played in the NFL for 14 years with six different teams, is no stranger to the spotlight and even won a Super Bowl as a member of the Cowboys.
