Last season, the Seahawks had two running backs, Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet, who each rushed for over 50 yards and will return for the 2024 season. Walker led the team with 905 yards and eight touchdowns on 219 attempts, while Charbonnet accumulated 462 yards and one touchdown on 108 carries in 2023.
Currently on summer break, the Seahawks are set to start their training camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, Washington. The rookies will report on July 17, with the veteran players following on July 23.
Person previously had an NFL stint with the Baltimore Ravens, who signed him as an undrafted rookie from North Carolina State on May 6, 2022. However, he did not make the Ravens’ regular-season roster.
The terms of Person’s contract with Seattle have not yet been disclosed.
