Baseball America selected Oregon State second baseman Travis Bazzana a First-Team All-American in its postseason awards announcement on Friday.
It is the fourth first-team pick for the Sydney, Australia native, who has already received recognition from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA), National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA), and Perfect Game.
Bazzana is a finalist for both the Golden Spikes Award and the Dick Howser Trophy. He was voted Pac-12 Player of the Year and the Most Outstanding Player of the Corvallis Regional. He batted.407 during the season, breaking a school record with 84 runs scored, 27 home runs, and a.911 slugging percentage.
He added 16 doubles, four triples, 76 walks, and 16 steals.

Baseball America has named Bazzana the 12th First-Team All-American, and the first since 2022, when left-handed pitcher Cooper Hjerpe and outfielder Jacob Meltion were honored.
In addition, he was named a Freshman All-American in 2022 and a third-team selection by the newspaper in 2023.
