Demarius Robinson, a running back from Oklahoma, committed to Arizona State football for 2025.
In April, he visited Tempe for the team’s spring game and chose the Sun Devils over other finalists, including Kansas State and Houston from the Big 12.
The 247 Sports composite ranks the three star as a top-10 Oklahoma talent and a top-45 running back in the 2025 recruiting class.
According to MaxPreps, Robinson was a workhorse back at Edmond Santa Fe, accumulating 2,139 yards on the ground across 213 carries (10 yards per carry and nearly 200 yards per game). He also scored 28 touchdowns. In addition to football, he runs track and has a 100-meter time of 11.33 seconds.
Robinson is the first running back in ASU’s 2025 class, which currently ranks 14th nationally with its 19th addition.
He informed Chris Karpman of SunDevilSource.com that the weather in the Valley was part of the draw.

“The weather is nice out there; it’s not cold. It’s lovely, a wonderful campus for sure. “It feels like home,” Robinson explained. “I’m looking forward to playing in the Big 12 and battling with those guys. I liked everything about it out there, so I committed.”
Robinson also intends to enroll at Arizona State University in January, joining the Sun Devils for the spring semester ahead of the 2025 fall season.
