Breaking: Huskies set to land commitment for four talented stars

After a busy weekend hosting numerous visitors, the Husky coaches are now traveling across the country to scout prospects at regional camps. These camps attract not only 2025 prospects but also players from the 2026 and 2027 classes aiming to get noticed by college programs. Several new offers have been extended to intriguing 2025 prospects.

One notable offer went to Lowen Colman-Brusa, a three-star offensive lineman from Kennedy Catholic High School in Washington. After participating in the local Avery Strong camp and impressing the Husky coaches, Colman-Brusa, ranked as the 118th best offensive tackle and 21st best player in Washington by 247Sports, received an offer. Standing 6’5” and weighing around 285 pounds, he also holds offers from Portland State and Duke. However, it seems he is leaning toward staying local and playing for the Huskies. His film suggests he could be a future right tackle in college, and his younger brother Derek Colman-Brusa, a top in-state player in the 2026 class, is also attracting attention.

Another new offer in the 2025 class was extended to Coleman Patmon, a defensive back from Del Valle High School in Texas. Patmon, who stands 6’2” and weighs around 190 pounds, has offers from major programs such as Arkansas, Northwestern, Oklahoma State, TCU, and Texas Tech. The Huskies are seeking two corners and a couple of safeties for the 2025 class, and Patmon’s size is appealing to both college and NFL scouts.

In Florida, the Huskies extended an offer to Major Preston, a three-star defensive back from IMG Academy. Rated as the 76th best cornerback nationally, Preston holds offers from Florida, Virginia Tech, Miami, Oklahoma, Texas, and Texas A&M. With one commitment already from IMG (wide receiver Raiden Vines-Bright), the Huskies’ efforts in Florida could soon yield more results. Preston is set to commit on July 1st, and a visit to Washington might improve the Huskies’ chances despite the late offer.

Another Florida prospect, three-star wide receiver Christian Neptune from Tate High School, also received an offer. Originally from Hawaii, Neptune’s recruitment has surged following a strong camp season. Listed at 5’11” and 180 pounds, 247Sports ranks him as the 122nd best athlete in the country, a ranking likely to rise. He has offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Stanford, USF, and now Washington. The Huskies are expected to receive an official visit from Neptune, making him a prospect for fans to watch.
