One of the Windy City’s greatest has an official scheduled and is working to make a commitment before his senior year starts.
Aariz Taylor, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound defensive end from Chicago Kenwood, is a three-star prospect with pass-rushing ability. He has 11 offers and is starting to plan his visits.
“I’ve got an offical visit with Bowling Green and I’m going to see Miami (Ohio),” he stated. “I’m also looking at Indiana, Western Michigan, Toledo, and I believe that should be it.”
The new Hoosier staff made an offer back in January.
“They like me a lot,” he explained. “I admire their facilities and what they’re doing with their program as they try to create it in their own way. They have a new staff, and they’re trying to learn the players. They’ve brought in new players, so they’ll try to conform it to what they require, and I suit their standard.”
Taylor camped at both Wayne State and North Central. He is at Indiana University this weekend and will also visit Tennessee, where he was seen at Wayne.
“They already talked to me before and talked to me [at Wayne State] and want to verify me,” he stated.
Taylor intends to commit before his senior season begins.
