The Phoenix Suns and guard Grayson Allen have agreed to a multi-year contract that will keep him with the team following the best season of his NBA career.
The agreement, revealed on Tuesday, is worth illion over four seasons, according to ESPN.
Allen, 28, averaged a career-high 13.5 points per game and led the NBA in 3-point shooting (46.1%). He was one of the team’s only dependable players, providing constant floor space and long-range shooting as All-Stars Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and Bradley Beal settled in.
The sixth-seeded Suns will meet the third-seeded Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
“I enjoy being in Phoenix and am confident in what we can accomplish here,” Allen said in a statement. “I’m grateful to Mat Ishbia and the group for welcoming me. I’m delighted to make a long-term commitment to stay in this community and build with this team.”

Allen is in his sixth NBA season, having previously played for the Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzlies, and Milwaukee Bucks. He attended Duke University and played basketball there.
