Transfer Latest: €50m-rated European Striker Confirms He Will Join Milan

RB Leipzig attacker Benjamin Sesko is reportedly interested in joining Milan during the summer transfer window.

It was reported yesterday that the Rossoneri had made contact with the striker’s entourage, but La Gazzetta dello Sport went one step further today, reporting that Milan is now willing to commit a total of €50 million to recruit the 20-year-old, who has been in excellent form for Leipzig in recent weeks.

Giorgio Furlani has already approved the move, and the club is expected to have a healthy budget this summer, with prospective sales adding to it. Zlatan Ibrahimovic is likewise persuaded of the move and has privately voiced his admiration for him.

More than anything, Sesko appears to be eager to wear the Milan number nine jersey and believes he will perform admirably in Serie A. His wage demands are well within Milan’s budget, and the club is confident of signing him as things stand.
