The Buffalo Bills selected a host of new players in the 2024 NFL draft. However, Bills general manager Brandon Beane continued to add talent after the last round.
Buffalo made one of their first moves by signing Keaton Bills, a former Utah offensive tackle. ESPN’s Mike Clay wrote, “Undrafted guard Keaton Bills has signed with the Buffalo Bills.” Naturally.”
While Bills Mafia enjoyed seeing Bills move to the Bills, the guard’s wife, Sydney Bills, posted the right message on Instagram to celebrate her husband’s new contract. She shared a photo of the couple’s son wearing a backward Bills cap, writing, “Yeah, Jensen looks awesome in Bills gear! @buffalobills.”
Dalton Kincaid, a fellow Utah graduate and Bills tight end, commented: “Bills mafia 🙏🏽🙏🏽.”
Sydney, a fellow Utah alum, married Bill in March 2020. They welcomed their son, K. Jensen, in July 2023. Now, the Bills will try to secure a roster place with the reigning AFC East champions in Buffalo, New York.

While attending the NFL Combine a few months back, Bills was asked about the potential of joining the team alongside his namesake. “It’s been brought up a few times,” Bills told Muki Hawkins of Power 96.5 FM. “I like the name Bills, so we’ll see what happens.”
What he provides to a franchise? “Accountability, durability, and some mental toughness,” he said. “I’ve suffered some injuries and fought back. I provide some diversity on the field. Special teams. And I’m eager to see where I wind up.”
The 6-foot-4, 324-pound guard might become the first to have his name on both the front and back of a Bills jersey. Steve Bartle of 24/7 Sports wrote in a post titled Bills to the Bills, “A match made by the football gods.”

Last season, Bills helped the Utes finish 11-6. He received Honorable Mention All-Pac 12 accolades twice. Buffalo appears to have good value in the undrafted free agent, as The Athletic’s Dane Brugler anticipated the Bills will call his name in the sixth or seventh round.
“He was part of Utah’s 2016 signing class, which also included RB Zack Moss and QB Tyler Huntley,” Brugler said in a statement. “Bills is a member of The Church of Latter-Day Saints and served a religious mission in Honduras before enrolling at Utah. He returned to the United States in November 2018 and enrolled at Utah in January 2019, starting as a defensive tackle before transitioning to the offensive line.
“He returned from his mission and has started 38 games for the Utes over the last four years, establishing himself as the most consistent player on the line. Despite his poor athletic profile, Bills can quickly establish himself as a pass blocker and anchor for early wins in a phone booth.
“Overall, Bills is a poor athlete who will not stand out for his movement abilities, but he works effectively in small areas and has the heavy hands and toughness to wear down defenders. Although his peak in the NFL is not very high, he possesses a practical skill set that can give quick inside depth.”

Buffalo’s offensive line will look very different next season. With Ryan Bates and Mitch Morse gone, the Bills intend to move Connor McGovern to center, with David Edwards competing at left guard alongside Alec Anderson and Bills.
The Athletic’s Joe Buscaglia stated on the change, “In our season-long film assessment, McGovern was solid but the lowest-graded starter of the bunch. He also has limited experience at center in the NFL, having played only 100 snaps in five seasons.
“McGovern did play a lot of center for Penn State, but it was in college and a long time ago. He may be able to accomplish the job well, but there is a legitimate risk. Releasing Morse, the offensive line’s glue, may result in a decline in production across the entire starting five. At some point in the draft, the Bills could consider drafting a young center prospect.
During the NFL draft, the Bills chose former Georgia center Sedrick Pran-Granger with selection No. 141. They also signed two offensive tackles: Tylan Grable (No. 204) and Travis Clayton (No. 221).
