Breaking: Milan now set to complete double deals

According to reports, AC Milan will make at least one midfield signing this summer, with the chance of a few of attractive individuals joining.

According to Calciomercato.com, there will be no midfield upheaval like there was last summer following Sandro Tonali’s exit. Barring any surprises, Tijjani Reijnders, Ismael Bennacer, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will continue to start.

Geoffrey Moncada and Antonio D’Ottavio, under Ibrahimovic’s leadership, want to recruit more players to the department with different qualities than the starters.

The key position is defensive midfielder, who is more physical than Bennacer as a screen in front of the defense but can also play in a double pivot if necessary.

In this regard, Youssouf Fofana of Monaco would be the ideal candidate, and, unsurprisingly, talks between the parties have already begun, with the goal of lowering the €30 million demands that the Ligue 1 club currently has.

The possibility of signing the French midfielder does not rule out the arrival of another star scouted by the Rossoneri on multiple occasions: Schalke’s Assan Ouédraogo.

The notion is that the German talent might be a great option or replacement for Tommaso Pobega, given that his future will need to be assessed upon his return from injury, but he is helpful for squad lists.
