According to Barry Jackson, Kendall Lamm has rejoined the Dolphins on a one-year agreement.
According to the highly renowned Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, the Miami Dolphins have re-signed swing lineman Kendall Lamm to a one-year contract.
Lamm will most likely back up tackles Austin Jackson and Terron Armstead, as the 32-year-old has done previously. Despite his status as a backup swing tackle, Lamm has been called upon to start on several occasions during his two-year career with the club. In 2023, Lamm appeared in all 17 regular-season games, starting eight of them, and played 613 offensive snaps. That snap count accounted for 56% of Miami’s offensive snaps throughout the regular season.
This move gives Miami one less hole as the NFL Draft approaches later this month, which is a wise plan if the club wants to be able to select the best player available when the time comes.
We will keep our readers informed as soon as the numbers for Kendall Lamm’s new deal are made public. Keep an eye on The Phinsider for the most recent developments during free agency and building up to the 2024 NFL Draft, which begins on Thursday, April 25th.
