According to reports, AC Milan and Real Madrid have reached an agreement to make Alex Jimenez a permanent signing.
With the season suspended for the international break, Milan is working on a few procedures in preparation for the following season. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Rossoneri have already signed a deal with Real Madrid to sign Jimenez permanently.
The young Spaniard convinced everyone at Milanello, so the management moved quickly to obtain him. So far this season, he has played five games for the first squad and 17 for Primavera.
Jimenez joined on loan from Real Madrid in the summer, with a €5 million buyout option.
According to Sky’s Manuele Baiocchini, the Rossoneri have reached an agreement with Los Blancos for a lower-priced buyout.
Real Madrid will reserve the right to buy back the player at a higher price than his present one. After reaching an arrangement with Real, Milan must now reach an agreement with Jimenez over his contract.
After Easter, the Rossoneri will meet with the Spaniard’s representative to finalize the contractual details, after which the signature and official confirmation and announcement will arrive.
