AC Milan has renewed their interest in Arda Guler in recent weeks, and a deal appears to be on the table for the summer, despite the fact that the teenager is now content in Madrid.
Last summer, Milan was one of the teams interested in Fenerbahce’s wonderkid Arda Guler. However, Los Blancos beat them to the signing, but he has struggled to impress thus far, owing primarily to an injury.
With only four La Liga games played this season, all from the bench, it is possible that he will move again in the summer, with Madrid’s attack likely to be boosted by the signings of Endrick and Kylian Mbappe, limiting his playing time even further.
As a result, Calciomercato.com reports that Milan may consider offering the attacking midfielder a chance to play in the first squad, ideally on a permanent basis. However, it is possible that Madrid will not like this notion, therefore the Rossoneri may have to include a redemption option.
Another possibility that could be considered is a loan with the option to buy, with the club believing that Florentino Perez will be willing to negotiate.
Ultimately, however, they must persuade Guler that the transfer is appropriate for him. Given that he scored for Los Blancos this weekend, and both he and Carlo Ancelotti stated that Guler has a future with the club, it may be difficult.
