Charlton Athletic manager Nathan Jones has stated that Rarmani Edmonds-Green has not picked up anything ‘serious’ after being off against Cheltenham Town the last time out.
Charlton Athletic had to withdraw the defender during their 3-1 away victory on Tuesday night.
Edmonds-Green, 25, is likely to be fine for their forthcoming League One match against Carlisle United this Saturday.
Jones has issued an update on his status, according to the official club website: “It’s nothing serious. The schedule is packed with games, travel, and a lot of bumps and bruises. We’re nearing the end of the season, so that’s to be expected.”

The fact that Edmonds-Green isn’t expected to miss much time is fantastic news for Charlton.
He was signed in the January transfer window to strengthen their defense unit.
The centre-back arrived from Huddersfield Town and has made 10 appearances for Jones’ team.
Edmonds-Green emerged through the Terriers’ youth systems and went on to make 55 first-team appearances across all competitions, scoring three goals from the defense.
To gain experience away from the John Smith’s Stadium, he went on loan to Brighouse Town, Bromley, Swindon Town, Rotherham United, and Wigan Athletic.
The Yorkshire club allowed him to go permanently for the first time in his career earlier this winter, and Charlton has become his new home.
The Addicks have been in good form recently, and they have managed to pull themselves out of danger.
They are presently 14th in the rankings and will be looking to close the season on a strong note. Their prospective opponents, Carlisle, are at the bottom of the league.
