Newcastle United owners PIF to hold talks with Milan for mega deal

The Public Investment Fund (PIF) is interested in buying a stake in Serie A powerhouse Milan and plans to initiate talks soon.

La Repubblica reported today on PIF’s interest in the Rossoneri, adding that PIF will meet after the Saudi Grand Prix, which begins later today and ends throughout the weekend. PIF representatives are already in Riyadh, and they have been awarded exclusive rights to buy a stake in the Rossoneri.

Gerry Cardinale, the owner of RedBird, is looking for extra finances to build a new stadium in Milan, and PIF’s purchase of a stake could help with that financing.

Multiple characters from the game will be present in Jeddah, and Milan is expected to be at the center of talks between PIF and several other parties.
