Viktor Gyokeres prefers joining Milan next summer rather than Chelsea or Arsenal.
The 25-year-old Swedish international has been in stunning form in his first season with Sporting CP, scoring 32 goals in 35 games across all competitions.
He is one of the strikers Milan is keeping an eye on for next season, and according to the most recent GiveMeSport source, Gyokeres prefers a move to the Stadio Meazza in 2024-25 over Chelsea or Arsenal, both of whom are also interested in him.
Sporting CP bought Gyokeres from Coventry for €21 million in the summer of 2023, but the striker’s contract now includes a €100 million clause.
Despite his ambition to join Milan next season, it is thought that the Rossoneri have other priorities this summer.
Multiple sources claim Milan’s top priority for 2024-25 is Bologna forward Joshua Zirkzee, with RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko coming in second.
Milan should keep an eye on Gyokeres today, as the 25-year-old is anticipated to start against Atalanta in the first leg of the Europa League round of 16.
