Bruno Guimaraes sends warning to Nottingham Forest ahead of clash

Bruno Guimaraes is displaying strong determination as Newcastle United gears up to face Nottingham Forest this weekend. The Magpies are set to clash with Forest at the City Ground on Saturday evening, with Bruno Guimaraes likely to be included in the starting lineup once again.

However, he remains cautious about his impending suspension, as the 26-year-old is just one yellow card away from facing a two-match ban. Yet, Bruno has demonstrated increased discipline in the team’s recent fixtures, showing a clear commitment to avoiding any suspension.

The Brazilian international is also eager for Newcastle to return to their winning form, especially after being held to a 4-4 draw by Luton Town. In the face of adversity, Bruno made significant efforts to rally Newcastle back into the game, notably providing a stunning assist for Kieran Trippier.

Despite his contributions, it has been a while since Bruno found the back of the net, with his last goal dating back to the 8-0 victory over Sheffield United. This season, that remains his only goal, although he appears to be finding more success on the training ground.

The club has published a video from a training session this week to their official YouTube page, which shows Bruno at his finest.

Bruno scores in the conclusion of the video, but not before wiping out one of his teammates.

The video begins with Bruno and Miguel Almiron pursuing Jacob Murphy, who they apprehend and leave on the ground. The ball next falls to Callum Wilson, who is likewise in a heap. Bruno makes a clean tackle on Newcastle’s number nine, stripping him of possession.

From there, it’s all about Bruno’s style. He drives towards the goal and seats Loris Karius, much like Alexander Isak did the other week.

Bruno wraps the ball around the 30-year-old goalkeeper and then passes another player before scoring.

It was a wonderful goal, and we hope Bruno can replicate it against Nottingham Forest on Saturday night at the City Ground.
