Newcastle united -29-year old star announced a sudden Exit

Miguel Almiron has now decided where he wants to go after he leaves Newcastle United amid all the January rumours.

There has been a lot of conjecture about some of Newcastle’s players this month, and Almiron’s future is definitely up in the air, despite Eddie Howe’s insistence that he wants to keep him.

According to journalist Joel Bland, while Almiron is not interested in moving to the Saudi Pro League, where Al Shabab and Al Ahli are keeping an eye on him, he is open to returning to Atlanta United.

Almiron decides where his future lies after Newcastle

It’s been five years since Almiron joined Tyneside from MLS side Atlanta United for £21 million, and the Paraguayan is still an important element of Newcastle’s current style of play.

However, there is widespread suspicion that his time in a black and white shirt could come to an end soon, with many clubs eyeing a possible move this month, but nothing has been resolved.

Howe is determined to keep the ‘unbelievable’ 29-year-old on whom he relies so heavily to maintain such a high press, but this decision may be taken away from him if the club receives a suitable offer.

But, at the end of the day, the player must want to make the transfer, and you get the impression that the club will not force such a dedicated servant out if he does not want to move his young family so far away.

Newcastle may be forced to sell someone

Bruno Guimaraes is one yellow card away from a two-game suspension, leaving Sean Longstaff and Lewis Miley as the only fit and available midfielders at the club, which has never been more desperate for reinforcements.

However, as we’ve been informed repeatedly, the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules require Newcastle to find someone to sell before bringing in a new player, and Almiron is now at the top of the list.

Kieran Trippier has already determined that he is 100 percent committed to the club following interest from Bayern Munich last week, although Almiron and Callum Wilson are still being pursued.

Of course, Newcastle might decide not to sell or buy anyone this month, but it would be a significant risk given their lack of numbers in the first half of the season.
