The Guimaraes family has undoubtedly fallen in love with Newcastle since Bruno Guimaraes came in January 2022.
Bruno appeared to fall in love with the club, the supporters, and the city right away, and it appears that this passion has only grown and is widely shared among Newcastle fans.
Even Bruno’s father, Dick, has become a celebrity in the city, posing for selfies with adoring admirers everywhere he goes.

And now, the former cab driver has shared a fantastic video on X that shows Matteo recognizing the Newcastle crest on Bruno’s shorts and kissing it.

Bruno described Matteo as a Brazilian Geordie when he was born, and it appears that he is rearing him correctly, as Dick’s post clearly demonstrates.

In another 15 years or so, perhaps we’ll see another Guimaraes on the field in black and white, with everyone labeling him the next Lewis Miley, who will have won multiple Premier League titles with Newcastle by then.
