No room for him
Twine’s showcased his talent on loan with Hull City during the first part of the 2023-24 season, impressing with four goals and three assists across 24 appearances in the second tier.
His future seems uncertain at Burnley under Vincent Kompany’s plans, especially with their position in the Premier League. Although Bristol City’s interest in him seems reasonable, it’s challenging to envision where he’d fit in at Leeds United currently.
Twine’s versatility in playing across the forward line is an asset, but Daniel Farke at Leeds has an array of options, including both established starters and substitutes.
While Farke might want to bolster his squad in the coming weeks, securing an attacking midfielder isn’t likely to be a top priority. Thus, it’s not surprising to hear that there’s no substance to this specific rumor.
