Milan identify replacement for star who will definitely leave in January

According to a source, AC Milan think they have already discovered the appropriate successor for Bosnian midfielder Rade Krunic, who has been extensively linked with a move away from the Rossoneri.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan do not feel the need to replace Krunic numerically in the January transfer window if he moves to Fenerbahce in Turkey.

Ismael Bennacer, Tijjani Reijnders, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Yunus Musah, Yacine Adli, and Tommaso Pobega are the club’s alternatives.

However, the team hopes to sign promising Schalke midfielder Assan Ouedraogo in the summer, who has been connected with practically every major club in Europe in recent months.

The youngster, born in 2005, has been on Milan’s radar for nearly two years and there is a lot of optimism about the potential to get a deal done, albeit with a lot of work still to be done.

Milan are likely to make a play for him before the summer, but they will almost probably not be alone.
