According to a source, AC Milan executives came to Germany in recent weeks to meet with Stuttgart attacker Serhou Guirassy ahead of a possible January transfer.
There is still less than a month until the January transfer window opens, but Milan is already planning ahead of time, with a striker needed.
The headline in this morning’s issue of Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews) is “Guirassy, Milan flew to Stuttgart.”
Guirassy is one of the names near the top of the desire list, they disclose. Originally from Guinea, he is 27 years old and has had a great start to the season with Stuttgart, scoring 16 goals in 11 league games.
According to the newspaper, Geoffrey Moncada recently flew to Germany and met with the player and his entourage. Meanwhile, his release clause is set at slightly under €20 million, which the management considers an affordable sum in today’s striker market.
