AC Milan’s offensive has undoubtedly suffered without Rafael Leao and Noah Okafor, and the newest updates on their status have arrived.
The Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews) has an update on Leao and Okafor, who are both out with muscular difficulties and have missed the last several games.
The Portuguese winger will almost surely miss Saturday’s play against Frosinone, but the goal is to have him back for the away match against Atalanta on December 9 in Bergamo, which might be crucial in the top four battle.
Okafor suffered a hamstring muscle injury while playing for the Swiss national team. It will take another 10-15 days for him to return to the field, thus the Newcastle United and Monza games will be prioritized.
In addition to the two stated attackers, the suspended Olivier Giroud will be absent on Saturday against Frosinone, which means Luka Jovic will lead the attack like he did against Fiorentina.
