Wolverhampton Player’s Agent Holds Ground Against January Move to PSG

Paris Saint-Germain is eager to recruit a left-back when the January transfer window commences shortly. However, the top choice for their sporting advisor, Luis Campos, might not be available. With Lucas Hernandez and Nordi Mukiele currently covering the left-back position, Campos desires an additional player due to Nuno Mendes’ absence.

Therefore, he’s considering Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Rayan Aït-Nouri. Sports Zone claims that Aït-Nouri is Campos’ primary target for January, but there’s a notable hurdle: his agent, Jorge Mendes. Mendes seems reluctant to have his client move to Paris as he seeks assurances of consistent playing time in the long run.

At PSG, Nouri would most likely rotate or battle for minutes at left back. Mendes wants to find a club where his client can start, as the Ligue 1 team cannot promise him a starting spot.

If this obstacle persists, Campos may have to consider Plan B if he wants to sign a left-back in January.
