Lakers Injury Report: 3 Starters May Not Play Vs Philadelphia

In the upcoming game of the Los Angeles Lakers’ road trip, the availability of several key starters is uncertain. According to Jovan Buha of The Athletic, Anthony Davis is likely to play despite left hip/adductor spasms, while LeBron James might sit out due to a left calf contusion.

Facing the Philadelphia 76ers, this matchup could see them absent against Joel Embiid and rising star Tyrese Maxey. Cam Reddish, a newer starter, might also miss out due to a left adductor strain suffered in the Lakers’ previous game against the Utah Jazz.

In Reddish’s absence during their win against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Max Christie stepped in, contributing 12 points. Additionally, three other Lakers players are sidelined due to long-term injuries.

Rui Hachimura is recovering from a recent nose procedure, Gabe Vincent is still working on his return from a left knee issue after only playing four games, and Jarred Vanderbilt, despite his extension, hasn’t played yet this season due to a left heel bursitis injury.
