Milan target’s price tag is decreasing with January move becoming possible

According to a source, the price tag for AC Milan target Jonathan David is lowering for a variety of reasons, and a January move is becoming more likely.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Pianeta Milan), the Canadian striker who has long been associated with Milan is becoming increasingly difficult to secure.

He was valued at €60 million, but his worth has decreased in recent months. He will be out of contract in June 2025 and has made it clear that he will not sign a new one.

The awful season he is experiencing with Lille and Paulo Fonseca is also causing his price to drop.

David has only scored twice in Ligue 1 this season, whilst Kylian Mbappe has 13. He seemed to have slipped from favor.

The concept of a January shift is more plausible now, especially given Fonseca’s recent statement:

“There are no reasons for such a lack of self-confidence.” He is quite powerful. We understand that staying with him in the future will be challenging.”
