AC Milan now want highly-rated Champions League striker who is following in Erling Haaland footsteps

According to reports, AC Milan sent scouts to the Champions League match between Inter and Red Bull Salzburg to observe one player in particular.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan had observers present during the game at San Siro on Tuesday evening, which the Nerazzurri won 2-1.

They had come to see Roko Simic, the young striker who is the son of Dario Simic, a former defender who played for both Milan clubs.

Given that Olivier Giroud is 37 and Luka Jovic has yet to satisfy, Milan are expected to buy a striker in the coming transfer windows, with Simic fitting the type of acquisition RedBird Capital like.

Simic, who was born in Milano, is 20 years old and has four goals in ten Austrian Bundesliga games this season in a team that has seen Erling Haaland, Karim Adeyemi, Patson Daka, Sadio Mane, and Benjamin Sesko come and depart.
