Latest: AC Milan now linked with two surprise striker targets

AC Milan is trying to recruit a new striker ahead of the 2024-25 season, and a number of players have recently been associated with the club. According to a source, two new names have been added to the wish list.

It’s no secret that Olivier Giroud is getting older and is no longer able to play every game from the outset. As a result, after failing this summer, Milan hopes to sign a striker for next season.

Calciomercato.com reports that, in addition to Lille’s Jonathan David, two more names are on the radar. Petar Musa, a 25-year-old Croatian, comes up first, having scored four goals in ten games for Benfica this season.

The second player is Galatasaray’s Baris Yilmaz, who is 23 years old. He has yet to score for his club this season, but he scored the game-winning goal for Turkey’s national team yesterday. He primarily plays as a right winger, but as proven by his goal, he can also play as a forward.

Milan clearly has a long list of targets on their radar, and we’ll have to wait a few months to find out who they’re after.
