AC Milan star now ready to sign three-year renewal to remain at San Siro

Rade Krunic, who was linked with a move this summer, is expected to sign a contract extension with AC Milan before the end of the year. According to reports, his pay will more than treble.

Krunic has been a vital player for AC Milan this season, as the only true No.6 in the club. He has missed the last four games due to injury, but he is expected to return against Juventus after the break.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan and Krunic are expected to reach an agreement on a new contract by the end of the year. The Bosnian’s new wage should be €2.5m per year, up from €1.1m now, and he will sign for another three years.

 

Krunic, as previously stated, is set to return against Juventus and may even play from the start. Yacine Adli has performed admirably in the 30-year-old’s absence, and the flexibility to switch between the two will be crucial moving ahead.
